Why Recency and Frequency Should Be at the Heart of Your Law Firm's Marketing Strategy

David Gilroy
I'm a fierce friend and massively protective of the people around me, my wife, my friends, and my team. Like all successful orchestras, there is a conductor. That’s me. I am rarely involved in delivering any work any more, and if I were in an orchestra, I would be the percussionist (the simplest job in my head!).
For me, it’s “transparent.” From day one, I personally espoused this value. If things are good, you tell your team; if things are bad, you tell your team. If you need to have a difficult conversation with someone, have it, but be nice.
I am known to work and play! Often found at legal sector networking events in my trademark trainers, jeans and orange shirt. And I often get asked, “Do you wear orange on the weekends?”. A question I answer with a simple "yes'. Whether it be biking around, hacking around the golf course and the annual trip (or two) to the slopes (my new passion). There’s always orange involved. Heck, even Tilly’s collar is orange (strike that MrsG bought her a new pink one).
If you always do what you always did, you always get what you always got.
