Know what your clients really think
This module allows you to send attractive HTML email invitations to clients inviting them to complete a simple online Satisfaction Survey. The forms will be specific to your interests and services, and interesting enough that clients won’t feel pestered to complete them. Major features of our Law League and Client Satisfaction Surveys include:
- The ability to send invitations in batch (via CSV upload of Client data), thus streamlining the process and ensuring nobody falls through the cracks
- The convenience and appeal of survey data which is pre-populated with Client information, meaning that your clients won’t have to fill out the boring bits!

Why not use a standard survey product?
There are several reasons why "standard" survey tools don't work well in these situations (and why we therefore developed a specific solution). Most survey products are generalised tools which often have restrictions which make them unsuitable - some are better than others, but in our extensive experience, they suffer from one or more of these problems:
- An inability to pre-populate the form with Client data (including some hidden fields)
- An inability to design and send attractive HTML invitations (containing personalised information)
- An inability to deal with batch processing of HTML invitations
- Having restrictions on question formats and limited control over the the overall look-and-feel of the survey
