Tell us about your role

I help law firms become more successful online by offering my expertise and knowledge when they come to us with a problem or request. As part of the Client Services team, I’m not afraid to offer a suggestion or solution that can help them to perform a task in a more user-friendly and efficient way.

My day-to-day jobs include implementing requests from clients on their websites as well as fixing any problems that may arise.

What’s your favourite Conscious value and why?

It would have to be collaboration as my role allows me to collaborate throughout the company with the various teams on a wide variety of tasks and goals that allow us to help law firms be more successful online.

Being part of the Client Services team allows me to also be collaborative with our clients daily whether on the phone or through support requests helping them achieve the goals that they set out as well as offering my advice and experience on a task if there is a better solution out there to allow them to achieve their goals.

Tell us about your life outside of Conscious

When I am not at work, you’ll find me down the local lineups catching waves, having been a keen surfer growing up near some of the best beaches and can’t wait to teach the little grommet when they are old enough.

When I’m not doing that, it’s going off to gigs, a trip to the cinema or some extreme sport. I enjoy a wide variety of sports including snowboarding, football, and surfing. I play guitar and am a huge Marvel and gaming fan. I love to travel the world and experience the different diverse cultures that it has to offer.
