Tell us about your role
I’m one of the Account Managers here at Conscious. A big part of my role is acting as the link between our clients and our internal team. I work closely with law firms to shape the right strategy for them, then collaborate with our specialists to make sure that strategy is delivered in a way that actually drives results.
What’s your favourite Conscious value and why?
If I had to choose one, it would be collaboration. The best outcomes come from working together. Whether that’s internally or with our clients, having different perspectives around the table means we can challenge ideas, solve problems more effectively, and ultimately deliver something better than we could individually.
Tell us about your life outside of Conscious
Outside of work, I like to keep active where I can. Most weekends are spent getting out for long walks with my wife and son, which is a good way to switch off. When I’m not doing that, you’ll usually find me on a court somewhere playing tennis, padel, or pickleball.
