Tell us about your role

I support the SEO Managers by carrying out the day-to-day technical SEO crawls and fixes, keyword optimisation, client reporting, link-building, outreach and everything else that helps maintain and grow our clients’ web presence.

What’s your favourite Conscious value and why?

My favourite value is inquisitiveness. This is because I love constantly learning new things which is vital in SEO as the landscape is forever changing. Conscious encourages this through continuous sharing of industry updates within the team and having the training budget, allowing us to choose an area we want to know more about and bringing new knowledge back to the wider company.

Tell us about your life outside of Conscious

Outside of work I love to travel to new places and volunteer for causes close to my heart.

I find my happiness by constantly learning new skills. I’ve gone through (and still love) wood carving, weaving, gardening, the piano, and the list continues to grow!
