Tell us about your role

As a Client Services Executive, I’m one of the first points of contact for our clients. I provide CMS training and troubleshooting, as well as daily updates to our clients’ sites and lots of photo editing.

What’s your favourite Conscious value and why?

I feel like I’m being empowered in my role at Conscious in several ways. As a result of flexible working, and largely through the generosity of my colleagues sharing their knowledge, so I’m constantly learning and improving. This empowerment transfers over to our clients, as I’m consistently better equipped to handle any query more efficiently.

Tell us about your life outside of Conscious

I make sure to read every day. I keep active by regularly rollerblading, which I’ve done since the 90s, and I enjoy getting out into nature as often as possible (the more remote, the better). I also make music.
