Tell us about your role
As Head of Content at Conscious, I oversee the copywriting department. Alongside a wonderful team of writers, I help law firms get in front of the right people by providing them with engaging and insightful SEO-optimised content. I am passionate about understanding audiences and using that knowledge to inform the content I craft.
What’s your favourite Conscious value and why?
Transparency is extremely important to me when it comes to building relationships with both colleagues and clients. I always strive to be as honest as I can when it comes to admitting my weaknesses. In hand, I like to make others feel they can do the same. After all, transparency almost always leads to development, and development leads to better results!
Tell us about your life outside of Conscious
My ideal weekend would include a Friday on the sofa with a glass of wine, a Saturday at a music festival with my mates, and a Sunday spent at home in Swansea with my family and dogs. I love to read, listen to podcasts, and sing at the occasional open mic (although admittedly this is something I haven’t done for a very long time…I need to improve my guitar skills!)
