Tell us about your role
I’m currently looking after Conscious Marketing while Maddie is on maternity leave, stepping in as Head of Marketing. Honestly, I have the best job, sharing all the brilliant ideas, expertise and results our team creates and helping showcase how we support law firms to become more successful online. My role is all about bringing our team’s knowledge to life and making sure our approach, insights and successes are visible. I help tell the Conscious story, champion the work we do for clients and keep everything running smoothly, all with a healthy side of fun.
What’s your favourite Conscious value and why?
All our values are great, so it’s hard to choose, but empowering stands out for me. When people feel trusted and empowered, they do their best work. In my role, that means giving the team confidence to share ideas and expertise, which ultimately leads to better thinking and stronger results for our clients.
Tell us about your life outside of Conscious
Outside of work, I’m Mum to two, and they keep me busy and grounded. I’m quite involved in our local community, helping to run cinema nights and playgroups, mostly to keep my children and their friends happily occupied. When I get a bit of time to myself, I attempt running, although I’d confidently describe myself as the world’s most reluctant runner. I never quite enjoy it while I’m doing it, but I always feel better once it’s done.
