Tell us about your role

Dan Hodges is Managing Director at Conscious, where he leads a talented team focused on delivering the best possible results for clients. With over 19 years in the legal sector, he’s worked with more than 300 law firms, helping them better understand how to succeed online. Known for his practical, down-to-earth approach, Dan is passionate about turning ideas into strategies that make a real difference.

What’s your favourite Conscious value and why?

Collaboration is one of the main values that Dan believes in. Having worked in the legal and professional service sector for nearly 20 years, nine of which have been with us, he knows that empowering both our team and law firms to push the boundaries and work together leads to great results.

Tell us about your life outside of Conscious

Life outside of Conscious is spent mostly at home in the Welsh countryside, looking after the family’s 4 horses, 3 children, 3 cats, 3 sheep, 2 dogs and (Dan’s words) the wife! Although you do get a very different version of that from “the wife”! Dan has a tool for most things and loves to get stuck in to the DIY, there is always a project or five going on to keep him busy.
