Tell us about your role

As the Product and Client Services Manager, all requests for changes to websites or help using the CMS come through my team. The CS team is always on hand to help you with making changes or resolving any issues you encounter.

What’s your favourite Conscious value and why?

My favourite Conscious value is collaboration. The CS team deals with various requests and works closely together to share knowledge and find creative solutions. We also work hand in hand with our clients and frequently discuss or advise on potential site changes.

Tell us about your life outside of Conscious

With two teenagers, it can be hard to find some for myself, but when I do, I love to get outside for a walk or bike ride. If staying in I enjoy all sorts of crafts and baking, I even made a wedding cake for my friends a few years ago.

I’ve always been a film geek, especially when it comes to Star Wars, Indiana Jones and, above all, Lord of the Rings. I also make it to book club once a month for a glass of wine, good company, and yes we do actually talk about the book!
