“Online” is the first place people go when looking for your firm. They may be searching for your brand name or using legal-specific phrases such as “divorce solicitor”. Either way, your website is their first port of call.
When you think about your online brand, what does it look like? Are you proud of your website? Are the photos up to date? Do you have current news and blog posts? What about your LinkedIn profiles? Do all your staff have them?
Have you done any online advertising with local trade presses or sector magazines? Are the banner ads consistent with all other aspects of your brand?
