What are the benefits of a social media campaign for your firm?

We found that our brand awareness increased, as well as engagement in our content. Our website visits have also increased too!

What were your firm's goals for your social media advertising?

SMA had created a Twitter page and were actively sharing content, following other users and engaging with their audience. However, they only had a small number of followers. SMA wanted to increase their follower count to reach a wider audience and ensure that their content was being seen by the right people.

Social Media Manager Laura and the team at Conscious worked closely with SMA to develop a strategy to grow their follower numbers and awareness through social media. Laura suggested implementing follower-building ads to target suitable types of people.

Laura and Fabiana worked together on the target audience, using interests and keywords and targeting followers of various shipping accounts. Laura then created two ads, one with an image and one without, to see which gained the most engagement. After running the first round of ads, Laura discovered that the text-based ad performed better than the image-based ad for SMA, so text-based ads were designed and shared for the second round.

Once the campaign ended, Laura analysed the followers to ensure they matched the audience SMA targeted and found that a good percentage did.

Project Successes

Conscious worked with SMA to create two follower-building campaigns on X (Twitter) that helped grow their following by 1.4k over the course of two months.
During the campaign, impressions on their profile reached over half a million.
Visits to the website from X (Twitter) increased by 1,700%.
