About The Role

Your role will be to develop a portfolio of existing clients of varying sizes and deal with incoming new enquiries. You will report to the Head of Account Management but with significant day-to-day interaction with our Head of Marketing Services.

  • Establishing an understanding of a client’s website and wider marketing objectives
  • Building and maintaining a high level relationship with our clients based on the level of service they are contracted for.

    • discussing changes to clients’ websites and advising on best practice approaches (but not actually doing the technical work)
    • advising clients on how to get the best out of their website (e.g. marketing campaigns and techniques)
  • Dealing with new enquiries by understanding their requirements and matching our portfolio of products and services to them
    • This will include writing proposals based on various types of brief which may or may not be provided by prospective clients.
    • Pitching both in person and remotely via Zoom or Teams

Having gender balance as a team is important. We work hard at balance in all its guises, but this one in particular.

Don’t meet every single requirement?

Studies have shown that women and people of colour are less likely to apply for jobs unless they meet every single qualification. We are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles. This view aligns with two of our values which is to be empowering to members of our team and to collaborate with them to ensure they can excel in their role.

Whatever your age, hopefully, you'll find a work buddy. We hire for attitude and teach skill. Oh, but you've got to have some skills, obviously!

What our team say

Having a flexible employer means that if I ever need extra time to get something done, I know I can fit it in and make the time up later. Whether it’s a dentist appointment, a driving lesson or I need time to trawl around Bristol to buy a present for someone, I don’t have to stress about squeezing it in before or after work or at the weekends. I also get to work from home whenever I want which makes balancing my home life a lot easier (and I don’t have to pay for a dog walker!)
