4th Annual Conscious Client Conference

Too many law firms. Not enough work. What do we do next?

By the time of our 4th annual client conference in May, it will be less than six months to go to the implementation of ABS's. Everyone knows change is coming but in exactly what form is still up in the air. Yet various reports have said that there are more law firms around now than there were five years ago.

These are the points that have led us to our conference title. What will existing law firms do to respond to the new competition, both the big brands and the new, small, startup firms?

The conference runs for either 1 day or, 1½ days with an overnight stay, drinks, dinner and networking. You will gain up to 8 hours* CPD with both the SRA and the CIM.

Peter Scott

Featured session: T-147 Days & Counting - The Impact of ABS's

As the ex-Managing Partner of Eversheds Peter Scott admits he's seen quite a lot "come & go" in the legal market place. Peter will share with delegates his insights on ABS's gained from speaking with several hundred law firms in the last 10 years.

Featured session: Panel Discussion – Referrals/Branding – What are the various models

What are the options? How do the models differ? Which is going to be the winner in the future, if indeed a winner is possible or necessary? This is sure to be a great session with speakers passionate about their "model".
