Crane & Staples is an established firm of solicitors in Welwyn Garden City. Since 1938, they have provided expert legal advice to individuals, families and businesses in the local Hertfordshire community and beyond.
Crane & Staples became clients of Conscious in 2020, when they migrated their website over to our platform, and in 2021 undertook a branding and website redesign to help better reflect the Crane & Staples values and expertise.
The Crane & Staples marketing function is overseen by the Marketing Partner, and managed day-to-day by Project Manager Gaby Williams, with input and assistance from different colleagues depending on the projects. This does mean that a lot of the time, Gaby and the team rely on researching and trialling marketing solutions themselves. As a result, Sahra suggested that Crane & Staples become members of the Law Firm Marketing Club (LFMC), a community of like-minded professional service firm marketers looking to “do” better marketing.
