Transaction charges
- Please note that a 2% credit card surcharge (no fee for debit card) is levied on all payments, this will be calculated and shown on the confirmation page so that you will know the exact amount that will be debited to your card.
- Payments can only be accepted in GBP - Sterling.
- There is a minimum payment amount of £5.
Security Information
- We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which is an industry standard for internet payments. This means all of your personal and card details are protected using 128 bit encryption when your details are transmitted over the Internet. Our site is secured by Verisign. Click the Versign logo to the right to confirm the validity of our secure certificate.
- When your browser displays the online payment page, you will notice that the URL at the top of the browser window starts with https instead of http. You will also see a closed padlock icon in the bottom right hand corner of your browser window. Put your mouse over the padlock for a little while and you should see the encryption strength. It should be at least SSL Secured 128 bit.
- If you share your PC or use a facility in a public place make sure you are not overlooked as you enter your details and close the browser window and, if applicable, log off when you have finished.
