Staff Directory

Most sites have at least one page giving details of staff within the firm. The biggest problem is keeping these pages up to date and linking to other content in the site in a contextual way. Our staff directory allows each member of staff to keep their own record up to date. It's fully searchable by a variety of fields.

The application also allows other content on the site e.g. case studies, news releases etc, to be linked to specific members of staff.

Each staff member's page will have a VCard link. A VCard is an electronic file that can be immediately imported into Microsoft Outlook and other email programs. This means your contact details can be quickly added to a client's email address book.

• Photocard layout - the most popular format particularly when the list it not too long
• Photo-gallery style - a style with thumbnails and one large image which can be useful is some situations
• A-to-Z one-page layout - a simple format popular with larger firms who who don't want to display contacts in the traditional "partners first" manner
• A-to-Z multi-page layout - a multi-page version suitable for firms with a lot of staff
• Personal profiles - an example of how you can present two different profiles (and have different images for each)
• Photoshopped backgrounds - adventurous use of staff photography. These images were shot on a white background, then Photoshop was used to insert the glass backgrounds which resulted in a dramatic effect with good consistency
