Our Legal Vault module is designed to solve the problem of how to provide your clients with access to very large files (usually HIPs in PDF format) - the problem being that large files are almost always blocked by mail servers.
Legal Vault has been developed as a direct result of real-world problems experienced by our existing clients when trying to email large HIPs files in PDF format to agents and clients.
All you do is send an email to a special address for your vault which our mail servers receive. We then strip off the file and email you back a link to the file on your own website.
You can then send this link on to your client (or Estate Agent) and they can then access the large file. If you need to update the file, or add new files, then you just use the same email address and reference code, and the file is overwritten, or the new files added into that directory.
