Audio Technology

Increasingly users are looking for more interactivity from websites, plus greater use of multimedia technologies.

The "iPod generation" are completely au fait with MP3 download technology, yet very few firms use any kind of audio or video technology on their websites.

You may have heard of the term Podcasting which is used to describe technology whereby users can subscribe to a series of MP3 files that are fed to them via your website. But let's face it, many law firms still find it hard to sit down and write up-to-date content for their website, so be honest with yourself, will you sit down, plug in a headset or microphone and record a 15 minute employment law update?

We advocate the use of a simple Audio Technology called Audio Generator. This allows you, or your clients to record audio for use on your website.  You can either record the audio straight onto the Audio Generator website, or dial a London phone number and record it over the phone.

To see this technology in use on our website, check out our clients page. If you would like to try this for yourself, find out how here.

So, how can you use this for your benefit?  Well, if your firm is Lexcel audited, or even if it's not, I would hope that you are actively researching client satisfaction levels? Perhaps you send out a questionnaire when you close each file. Well, how about also putting in some instructions with this questionnaire telling them how to leave a voice testimonial for you, just like we've done>

Now speaking as a one marketeer to another, when you read a case study or a testimonial, do you really, truly believe that these are the client's own words? Well, do you? Now, if you listen to someone talking about their experiences, do you have a higher level of belief? I suspect you do.

If you'd like to discuss how this technology and the rest of our services might help your firm, please get in contact.
