What Tracey does
Tracey is one of our two Senior Designers at Conscious. Her main aim is to give you the best looking site she can. An initial briefing may seem like a sugar coated "Spanish inquisition", but a key part of understanding our clients is getting to know them well!
Many clients enjoy this part of the process as they have a chance to contribute to the look and feel of their new web design, while others are happy to leave the creative work to Tracey and wait for the great unveiling!
She is very passionate about her work and is happiest when being challenged to go that extra mile and produce a design that has that elusive WOW! factor, in what is traditionally a conservative sector.
What Tracey used to do
Tracey has worked for Conscious for four years and joined the team officially in March 2007. Previous to that she was a freelance graphic designer working for her own clients and design agencies in Bristol and Bath. She says it’s an industry that is always changing and following new trends and the fact that every client is different and the deadlines always demanding keep the work fresh, interesting and challenging.
What Tracey would rather be doing
Actually pretty happy with how things are going at the moment. Always striving to keep a balance with two daughters, two horses and the odd sheep running around in the back garden! But a couple of extra days on the weekend would see her out in the countryside … spending more time with family and friends … a bit more time for that house and garden makeover … a few more holidays … better make that three extra days a week!
