What Sarah does
Sarah writes creative words. Words that make a firm stand out by highlighting benefits and backing up claims of an outstanding service with hard evidence in the shape of testimonials and accounts of real-life problems solved. Why should a client choose your firm over the competition? Sarah will help you find the words to make sure clients know the reasons and are so hungry for your services by the time they’ve finished reading about you that they won’t search elsewhere.
What Sarah used to do
Before going freelance and setting up Words by Sarah Mac Sarah spent 15 years working in managerial marketing roles in small businesses where budgets didn’t stretch to all-singing, all-dancing advertising campaigns and common-sense promotional techniques had to prevail. These low-cost initiatives involved using the power of creative copywriting to attract attention through press coverage, head-turning mailshots and stunning sales literature and later on, compelling website copy. The words had to matter; the words had to sell. Five years of Sarah’s marketing experience was spent in a law firm.
What Sarah would rather be doing
Travelling through Spain sampling fine wines; riding a bike along a seaside promenade; watching real-life big cats in Africa; taking care of local wildlife.
