What David does
As our Sales & Marketing Director David takes full responsibility for hitting our new business sales targets. Working closely with Sarah and Matt he makes sure that everyone who needs to know about us, does!
David has many years experience of sales and marketing - both in the Europe and America.
David writes on marketing issues for Delia Venables, LegalHub and Legal Marketing Magazine and is a frequent speaker at legal marketing events such as Law London, 2020 Lawyers Group and local law societies.
What David used to do
He was co-founder of Sift in September 1996 - the company behind the hugely successful PracticeWeb service http://www.practiceweb.co.uk which now supplies website and marketing services to over 450 accounting firms.
Prior to 1996 David held various management roles at CompuServe (Director of International Marketing) and Reuters (Customer Services Manager). He has an MBA from the University of the West of England and a BSc in Engineering and Business Studies from the University of Portsmouth .
What David would rather be doing
Golf, golf, golf, golf, golf. If it's not that it's travelling with Amanda & Callie (wife and dog). Usually involving golf! He enjoys a good Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio.
