The Process
- Firstly we need to create a Direct Mail piece for you, which you will need to approve
- Then we will help you collate the prospect data to allow us to send the mailing. This is usually quite problematic as data is often stored in a variety of different locations (accounts, case software, individual fee earners copies of Outlook, Excel files, Access databases etc) and the thought of having to address this issue alone is often enough to put firms off tackling outbound marketing altogether. - Then we send the mailing
- We then follow it up, which is vital to its success. We have a great deal of telemarketing experience and it shows in our results.
