The Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service (ACAS) now has eight electronic learning guides available on its website. The topics are
 
  • bullying and harassment;
  • managing absence in the workplace;
  • redundancy handling;
  • discipline and grievance;
  • working parents;
  • information and consultation;
  • contracts and written statements; and
  • sexual orientation.
 
The electronic learning guides can be accessed free of charge at http://www.acas.org.uk/ once you have registered to use the ACAS website.
