Love it or hate it, Outlook is the main interface that law firm fee earners are used to. We are developing an Outlook plugin that allows SugarCRM to appear "inside" Outlook. This means that fee earners never have to leave their beloved Outlook in order to look up someone's phone number, they just have to learn some new habits about how to do it.
