We pride ourselves on our web server hosting service level. As you can see from the screen grab of an email, below, in June we achieved 99.99% uptime. If you don't want to do the maths, that means there was only 4.32 mins where the webserver was "unavailable" (not the 6 mins shown below), and even for those few minutes the problem was "transient".
