I had been sent a cold targeted email from a company a few days before, but something caught my eye enough to open it.
Clearly they are smart with their email marketing as not only were they tracking the fact that I'd opened the email but they had a direct mail campaign ready to go the second I'd opened it.
As you can see from the text they clearly know that I'd opened the email.
I wonder how long it will take law firms to catch up with this level of sophistication in their email marketing.
