Our clients love us. Actions speaker louder than words.

by David Gilroy on

It's a been a long week in our small business.  It started with a law firm client of ours went into administration owing us over £1,500, then the Marketing Manager at another client resigned and then the same thing with a Marketing Exec at another client.  Now, changes in personnel should always be taken seriously as a lot of the time you have to build the relationship again from scratch.  It helps having a wide contact base in the client firm, but sometimes that's not always possible.  In these two cases things should not change that much.

Anyway, the week has ended on a lovely note when we received these gorgeous Gower Cottage Brownies chocolate brownies from Amy Seppman (Marketing Manager) and Steve Penny (Managing Partner) at John Collins & Partners who are solicitors in Swansea.  I can tell you with 100% confidence that they taste just as good as they look in the photo.

Gower Cottage Brownies

These came hot on the heels of these fabulous fairy cakes that we got by way of a thank you from Mayo Wynne Baxter a few weeks ago, again as a thank you for our work on their new website.  Mayo Wynne Baxter are a firm of solicitors in Eastbourne and the surrounds.
